Every pool begins as a cage of steel. A double mat of Ø 16 mm rebar, tied on a 15 cm grid, lets the shell act as one continuous structure — no cold joints, no weak corners. Engineered to TS 708, so the geometry you see in ten years is the geometry we poured.
Water should move without ever being heard. Pressure-rated 63 mm lines carry a full turnover every few hours, sized so the pumps run slow, quiet and efficient. Returns are balanced by hand until the surface settles into a mirror.
The floor is never truly flat. A calibrated 2.3% grade walks the depth from 1.20 m to 1.80 m and guides every particle toward the main drain — comfortable underfoot, and effortless to keep clean.
The signature detail: a 3 mm slot that swallows the surface in a single, unbroken line. Each edge is hand-calibrated on site so the water sits flush with the stone — a horizon, never a hardware line.
Below the beauty, a safety net. A 110 mm main drain and a gravity-fed weep perimeter relieve ground water and storm load, protecting the shell from the pressures you never see.
Light tuned to candlelight, not daylight. Warm 2700K LEDs on isolated 12V circuits, sealed to IP68, turn the pool into a lantern after dark — generous, and never glaring.
Where the pool becomes a spa. Four blowers feed sixty jets through a PE-X manifold, layering a warm massage zone into the architecture — without a single visible machine.
