Concrete, timber and glass, set quietly into the hill — a working family home organised around water and a single long horizon.
The villa steps down the slope across four levels. Services and a two-car garage sit in the base; the living level opens fully to the garden and the outdoor pool; the bedrooms stack above, and a top-floor suite gives onto a generous roof terrace. The dark, mineral massing — board-marked concrete against warm timber cladding — is deliberately restrained, so the landscape and the water do the talking.
